BFBS Player - Server Errror

There is an issue with the BFBS application behind the Defence Gateway - Authorised users will get the following message when trying to log on.
A server error has occurred. We have been notified of the error. If this problem persists please contact us.
BFBS have given no timescale for when the issue will be resolved.
Please do not raise help tickets as we are unable to resolve them.
