No Defence Gateway help desk support to resolve Level 1 support issues over the period 17 Aug to 3 Sept.

Please be aware that there will be no Defence Gateway help desk support to resolve Level 1 support issues over the period 17 Aug to 3 Sept to allow for annual leave for the single individual who covers this role. Due to manning gaps there is no resilience available at this time to cover the task.
Users can self resolve most issues via the knowledgebase or from the log in screen of Defence Gateway - Can't log in.
Tickets raised will be answered the week of 3rd
