I'm trying / unable to access Defence Connect

It is usually down to your account type which is limiting access to Defence Connect (DC) for example ARMY_VETERAN users will not be able to access it.

In order to gain access you will either need to upgrade your account using a MoD Civil Service staff number or MoD Serving service number or will need to upgrade using a personal email address.

Also you can request permissions, if you don't have one of the above, by providing a reason why you need access and if you can provide the name and contact details of a serving person who is willing to sponsor, in a submitted ticket.

We will then pass this on to the Application owners who can then attempt to authorise your request.
