For all other help issues:-

Not receiving Validation Links or Password Reset links to Email addresses.

The are a couple of reasons why you may not be receiving the validation or password links:


  • The email address is incorrect format - DII email addresses should be recorded in the following format:   [email protected]  (This will change to [email protected] once the NSOIT is rolled out)

  • The email address is Role Based and you are no longer in that post.  (Defence Gateway asks for you to use your personal DII address and not Role)

  • You have not signed the IGS/EGS Syops - Please follow this link from DII to access the EGS/IGS Syops.
