Not receiving Validation Links or Password Reset links to @mod.gov.uk Email addresses.

The are a couple of reasons why you may not be receiving the validation or password links:

 

  • The email address is incorrect format - MODnet email addresses should be recorded in the following format:   [email protected]. 

  • Check your spam/junk folder for the email links.
