Are all Defence Gateway Accounts created equal?

No. Civilians who obtain an account for KiD or DStan use have limited permissions and will not be able to access any protected content; whereas Serving accounts have full access to all application and protected content. Also please ensure your SyOps is up to date otherwise this will stop you from getting online via DII/MODnet. The SPOC can help you with any issues you have with SyOps or EGS.
