In the top right corner of Westminster, click on your role name and select Switch Appointment from the menu.

Your current appointments will show, click 'Select' on the appointment you want to use.

Your County or RPOC Administrator can advise if the appointments you see here are not what you expect to see.

Check you are using your correct Appointment, switching appointment in the top right corner of Westminster if necessary.

If you are in the correct Appointment please raise with your Pay Administrator. They can check that the dates of your JPA assignment cover the dates of the claims, and that your JPA Assignment Unit has been recorded correctly.

ACF, CCF and VCC users with multiple Westminster records may need their qualifications to show across all their records. A copy of their Service History should be provided to the Administrator of the record to which the qualifications need to be added to, so they can be manually awarded.

The Helpdesk can assist if there are qualifications to be copied which cannot be awarded because the awarding level is too high. Please raise a ticket, including:

  • Pnumbers – which record are the qualifications on, and which record should they be copied to?
  • Module names of the qualifications to be copied

If you do not have the permissions required to create News items in Westminster please contact your County or Brigade for advice.

Vacancies should be uploaded to the Army Cadets Resource Centre by selecting 'Submit Vacancy' on the frontpage.

The Helpdesk can transfer personnel records when the cadet/ CFAV is transferring to a unit outside of their County/ RPOC where it is not possible for the County/ RPOC to complete the transfer themselves.

Written confirmation from both the outgoing and receiving County/ RPOC, plus the name and pnumber of the person to be transferred should be provided to the Helpdesk.
