With the recent roll out of the Identity Management solution, it has been identified that some users are getting the following message.

This message displays if you are trying to register with your MyHR Staff number and your details are not held within our database.  Until your details are sent to us from the MyHR Team please do the following:

If you have a MoDnet email address click on the Sign in using your Defence Gateway Credentials, Create an Account - Say No the Service number question and Yes to you having access to @mod.gov.uk email. 

Your account can be upgraded at a later date when your details are available, the data is usually uploaded on or around the 1st of each month.
