Issues with Email not being received to the Helpdesk

Good Morning,

Due to the recent migration to MODCLOUD we have been experiencing teething issues with help tickets raised not reaching the helpdesk Teams.

The 3rd Line Support have now made some adjustments and we hope this has now resolved the issue and tickets are now being delivered to us.

Please be patient whilst we catch up with the backlog of tickets.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
