Defence Gateway Log in Error - Tues 18 Feb ***Service restored***

Morning all,

 

We seem to have an issue with logging into the Defence Gateway this morning, it would appear to be intermittent and we can't quite pin what the trigger is at the moment.

 

Rest assured our tech team are busy trying to resolve the issue, me well I am sitting here with a coffee waiting to reply to the 100's of helpdesk tickets.

 

We will try and resume normal service as quick as we can, your patience would be appreciated as always, I

There will be a temporary outage of all services on the Defence Gateway from 00.00 – 0300hrs tonight. 

We will update you should this run on longer than expected.

Issues with Access to DGW via MODnet - Please do not submit tickets.

There is an issue this morning with accessing the Defence Gateway from MODnet - this is due to no Internet Connection from MOdnet.  Please do not submit tickets regarding this as we do not have the power to resolve.
