Defence Gateway Christmas & New Year - Operating Hours

Good Morning,

Please be advised that the Defence Gateway Team will operate a skeleton service over the Christmas and New Year period.

The team will be stood down from the 21 Dec 18 and return to full functionality FP 7 Jan 19.

Users that have access issues to the Defence Gateway can request various reset options from the log in page of Defence – Can’t log in.    Should you still experience issues please user our knowledgebase in the first instance, if you are still unable to resolve your issue then please submit a ticket requesting help.  one of the team will reply to your ticket as soon as possible on an intermittent basis.

To note DLE Service Support Desk will shut down from 15:30 on Friday 21 Dec 18 and re-open again at 08:00 on Wednesday 02 Jan 19 –  Issues with the courseware should be directed to the owner of the course in the first instance.  Details can be found on the right of the page for the course you are enrolled in.     (Please use Chrome as the browser for DLE courses until stated otherwise)

I hope with everyone taking the opportunity to take leave there will be less traffic on the EGS network, for those that plan to complete courses (using MODnet) over the Christmas period that you shouldn’t experience the same level of poor connectivity.
