I need to reset my password/ recovery email/ security answer/ 2FA method

CFAVs and cadets can reset their log in credentials for their Defence Gateway account by selecting ‘Can’t Log In’ on the Defence Gateway log-in screen. You will need your service number (pnumber) from your Westminster record.
