I'm having difficulty registering for a Defence Gateway account

Make sure you are using the following format to enter your DOB into the Defence Gateway registration form: 14 Feb 1995 (rather than 14/2/95, 14th Feb 1995, 14 February 1995). Have you been added to JPA? Ask your Administrator to check that your details in JPA (name, service number, DOB) exactly match what is on your Westminster record.
