The Army Cadets Resource Centre is accessible to users who have a Defence Gateway account. It is accessed via the 'Army Cadets Going Further' icon on your Defence Gateway homepage or via the 'CFRC' link in Westminster.   

Please note - the Army Cadets Resource Centre  is currently not accessible using a MODNET device, it is advised that you use a different device at this time.

Raise a ticket here, making sure to select 'Cadet Forces' and your Service.

Please include:  

• Your name, service number and unit, and these details for anyone else involved in the issue if you are raising something on behalf of someone else. 
• A clear description of your problem - what you are trying to do, whereabouts in the system, and what task are you having difficulty with.  
• Screengrabs of error messages, showing the full screen including top and bottom browser toolbars. 

These can be submitted to the Cadet Digital Helpdesk for consideration. 

 Please include: 

• Summary of suggested changes:- Location - Which application? Whereabouts in the application?

- Specifics of what is to be added/ changed/ removed 
- Who would this affect – all users? Certain groups of users? 

• What is the reason for this change? What are the benefits?
• What is the impact of not making this change?
• Who is requesting this change? Has this been discussed with your County or RPOC?
• Is the change supported by existing ACF/CCF Regs/ policies? Which ones? 

Errors/ bugs are when something that should work, isn't working. Please send details to the Cadet Digital Helpdesk, including: 

• Which appointment are you in? 
• Where are you seeing the error? 
• What were you trying to do? 
• What did you expect to happen? 
• What actually happened?
• Screengrabs that include your full screen and toolbars, and any error messages
