Raise a ticket here, making sure to select 'Cadet Forces' and your Service.

• Your name, service number and unit, and these details for anyone else involved in the issue if you are raising something on behalf of someone else. 
• A clear description of your problem - what you are trying to do, whereabouts in the system, and what task are you having difficulty with.  
• Screengrabs of error messages, showing the full screen including top and bottom browser toolbars.
